I don't believe Bette found either her spine nor love in S4 with Jodi. Jodi was utterly uncompromising in her relationship with Bette and then ditched her, moving to the other side of the continent without telling Bette, not even a goodbye. Doesn't sound like love to me. And then Bette chases after her. Doesn't sound like back bone to me.

I'd love to say Tina, but, for the same reasons, am finding it hard to. She wasn't there until, what, the last few ep.s? Granted, when she was finally there, she was GOOOOOOOD. Mmm, hello Ms. Kennard, and welcome back to the fold!

I didn't feel like Alice had much storyline. Yeah, sex and Tasha, right, but I didn't really see the arc there.

Max... is barely there. Random scenes thrown in.

So, I guess Shane? Even though it pains me a little to have to vote that way? Possibly Tina?

Wow... I maintain that nothing really happened in s4.

I think all the choices you picked are all great IMO. I'll just number from 1-4 of my opinion of which storyline is the best. BTW.. I like this thread. Smile

1. I was gonna say Helena lmao.. even though she was used AGAIN this season smh lol why??? ahhh anyways.. she got alot of sex besides Alex. lol Even though Catherine was rough on Helena... it was still great. I loved watching all of their scenes. Nothing spells romance b/w the two but lust or maybe a little of abuse?? I say that because Catherine can be very persuasive or rough.. like at the Casino.. she grabs Helena out of the blue and pulls her close to her and then kiss her. Or the "show me the money scene" b4 that she was going to check her kids but Catherine told her not to worry. Or like she was talking rough on Alex thinking she was the babysitter. I mean so many things Catherine did that was wrong in a normal relationship. Helena isn't seeing Catherine using her, and she doesn't have a say to step up and end the relationship. Listen to her friends as well. But somehow she was just holding onto a relationship that she longing after and what she had with Catherine isn't one. Its almost like domestic violence abuse, u know? But its not.. because Helena don't seem to be offended. But it also teaches me a lesson though, just by watching it. I think Helena wants somebody to love her and I she wants a relationship that has lust and at the same time she can just be happy and rich. Two seasons in a row, Helena is used. Thats really sucks. Because Helena with Tina was AMAZING and it was real in Season 2. Tina wasn't using Helena and Helena wasn't using Tina. So it was really real. But this season 4 was great too but, I just wished that Helena wasn't used. Hopefully next year right? She BETTER! lol.

2. --Alice--lots of sex and now Tasha
I love those two!! I love how Alice or Tasha didn't rush themselves to be together. They both dated and they both got to know about each other and they both were patient. LMAO the argument was wicked!! I love when those two argue then bam the sex... lol well done! They can KISS!! omg.. i LOVE it when they kiss and talk at the same time. I like how they took it slow. Alice with Papi.. was just okay same with Phyllis. BUT in my book, TASHA tops it!

3. --Bette--she rediscovered her spine and love.
I love the lil' fling Bette had with Nadia even though.. it was a ONS.. (one night stand) lol I love Bette with Jodi! I loved that scene where Bette walked in and signed to Jodi the first time and she started crying.. that just touched my heart there. I love it. IMO, I see the chemistry there. love the bed scene in the morning. Beautiful. I love the fact that Bette managed to be with other woman and was able to start trusting Jodi and trust herself to fall in love again. Tina moved on (let's face it) and so Bette wasn't going to just be alone and cry every night. Nadia just opened the door a little bit so that Bette can have fun for a bit. But Bette ended it and Jodi came along. Now I didn't like how Jodi didn't stay with Bette and that she was seeing other women. But she did stay with Bette after all. I love the arguments they have. When Bette and Jodi argue... I just love it! I don't know why but I just do! lol I like their chats. I love the conversation in ASL. They might not have a solid chemistry as Tina and Bette, but somebody has to move on. They might not stay forever but, at least Bette had her chance to love somebody else after Tina. I hope season 5 will give them two (Bette and Tina) another chance without screwing up lol. I wouldn't say Bette is in love with Jodi.. she's brand new and so we don't know yet. I know that Bette and Tina still love each other. Bette is letting herself be in love again. I wouldn't be surprised if they broke up and still be friends in Season 5.

4. --Shane--rebounds from ditching Carmen to find love and family with Paige.
I love every minute of those two! I love it love it. Even though I miss Carmen but Paige was great too! I like how they took it slow. I didnt' like how writers were making Shane be like a parent to Shay when she's just her sister. But I get why they did it and I thought Shane was alot responsible then the last couple weeks b4 Season 3 ended. I didn't like how she was focusing on Paige's son more than Paige.. I just figured it was just too much but it was still good. I loved each moment of Paige and Shane.

I hope ppl get what im sayin' here lol.. anywho.. lookin' 4ward 2 see season 5.

Helena was my favourite storyline.

For each other character, they had their moments. However I loved following Helenas storyline for the whole season. I loved at the start when she was broke, then the Catherine storyline. And how it ended with her takin the cash!!!! Loved it!!!! Rachel rocks!

I liked s4, I enjoyed it, I laughed a loot more than in s3, still nothing compares to he golden s1&2. I think that any character had THE season, we were really busy tryong to catch up eveyone's s/l, there were so many characters, and IC tried to tell something for each one, so I felt a lack for all of them, like a "light" season. I would preffer less characters but withenough screen time to develop the s/l.
