Ok, who else is addicted to Texas Hold 'em?

I play pretty much every day. I know LOTS of you play, too, but if you're like a lot of my friends, you aren't comfortable playing online for real money.

No worries! I've opened a private Lword ONLY room with one of the major online poker sites --where I play, personally.

Who's interested in playing some online poker with me?!?!? I'll show you the ropes and answer your question.

I can't register without the password, which wasn't sent in the email. The link given a few posts above give the password as season6 if someone else has the same trouble tracking it down as I did.

...also, I own a Mac and can play on Full Tilt...

Thanks for the password CallMeAl82, I didn't know it either. I think this is a great idea and I'll be playing in as many as I can. I can't register just yet though as I'm basically on call and won't know until closer to the starting time if I have a good chance of not working.

I have a question I'm hoping someone here can help me with. I saw Full Tilt accepts credit cards. What's the format? Are these games with real money or is the $1.50 entry fee a buy in for so many fake dollars? I'm just not sure how much I need to deposit. Is $20.00 more than enough to find out if I like the games? Not enough? I have visions of being a Helena Jr and not knowing how much I just lost!! lol. Thanks for any help.

Mystique... They have different buy-ins for the tournments. They start at .10 cents up to $5000.00 dollars and you win or lose real money when you play. Full Tilt also has ring games starting at .5 cents. You can also play games with play chips ( fake money) if you think you need some practice. I am not sure but I think most people deposit $50- $100. HOpe to see you at the tables.

I missed it this time. WORK, ugghhhhhh!!!!!!!. I should be able to play Sunday 1/11 and i know that i can recruit at least one other player.
