Well just to get it started with spoilers. I heard that Bette is suppose to go to New York for the Dean position, but she will not do anything public and that she also is going to change her name so that Tina will not find her. I also heard that Lara and Alice start to date, but don't tell anyone from the group that they are. They just keep it as a secret. Carmen and Shane are over and are no longer a couple. Sarah Shahi left the show because she is now on a show called, "Teachers" on NBC. Jenny just sleeps around with anyone and everyone. I will post more soon if I find any more.

I would really love to know what your sources are.. because it seems kind of far fetched to me to have Bette change enviroment so drastically. The whole spirit of the show will be lost without the "group"- if everyone splits up, then they should give each character a damn spin-off show.

To me it sounds as if someone has combined some of the old stories. Bette did interview for a deans position this year. I can't find a transcript for that episode (311) but didn't Bette mention that it was a college there in Claifornia? Bette was in the running for that position with the museum in New York at the same time that Tina took that position in the production company. It was another thing that they argued over. Additionally...how would Bette be able to act as a colleg's new dean and not do anything public? When new deans are hired here its announced publically. And for a third point...I'd be pretty certain that the college would want to know why Bette all of a sudden decided to change her name after she accepted the job. It doesn't make sense.

Alice and Lara date in secret...hmm...Alice can't keep a secret...we all know that. So somehow I don't see this one either.

Carmen being gone...maybe...maybe not. She does have two pilots but neither are guaranteed to succeed.

I'm really not certain how many legitmate spoilers can be out there right now. If things go like they did last season the cast should be getting ready to get up to Canada for their season briefings and to start reading scripts. So somehow I'm thinking that the only people who really know what is happening during s4 right now are the writers and maybe the cast.
