LEZ GIRLS: THE MUSICAL!

So this episode was pretty amusing. Papi, Tasha, Alice, and Helena were talking Leonard Kroll through his heartbreak and all that.

Bette and Jodi...blah blah moving on...

Jenny and Tina...so the director for the episode decided to make most of their scenes look like something Christopher Guest would do (think mockumentaries). It was interesting but sorta made my head spin a bit.

MARINA! That's where the musical stuff comes from. Some director wanted to turn "Lez Girls" into a damn musical and I said, "Did that really happen?" That was after laughing through that song the dance troupe performed.

Kit and Angus...Angus needs a shave and Kit's just like ugh go away. She's drinking.

Gabe took Shay away. Shane is sad. Shane and Alice paint up Shane's underwear add with a big cock shooting a juicy load. Jodi would call it art. Actually, it was pretty artistic.

Max is getting shit at work. His mom died and his sister wants him to stay away. Tough shit, stupid bitch!

Now this is of course just how I saw it. I know some people probably thought the episode sucked but I actually liked it. Overall the season has been all over the place for me whereas S3 was just sad.

Totally different style, but I have to say that I enjoyed it!

Strongest acting!!! the scenes on Alice's bed with Leonard. He is a wonderful actor....best acting this season!!!!

Weakest moments were the Jenny/Tina/ director montage---good idea...just not well executed!!

Shane had great moments this ep. KM had an opportunity to shine!!!

The karina Lombard scenes were weirdly out of style for the piece but oddly enjoyable. I think IC and her writers decided to go light this season andtake chances in creativity. This ep worked.

Final scene with Alice and shane.....again....different ..creative...worked beautifully

I hated it. I thought tonight's ep was so clownish! The Leonard bed scene was dumb. Of course I laughed because it was just plain stupid. Then there's Kit, well that was OK...very Britany. But did I hear that Papi might like Kit??? ...Ooooohhkaaay...So the Jenny movie would have been great but a musical with girls who all looked like they glowed in the dark didn't excite me. I really was glad to see Katrina; but wanted more! On with Shane- damn...why didn't she put up a fight? So she & Alice trashed her billboard? I didn't get it. The Bette & Jodi make-up was too quick. Last but not least; Helena- nevermind. (...sigh... In the end of all this, I still can't wait to see next Sunday's ep.)

A little late but its okay Jacky, i'll forgive ya Razz

Loved the ep. Several people ending up in Alices bed that her and Tasha had just had sex in was kinda funny. Alice seems to always find herself in some type of perdicament like that. Everyone sitting on their phones that were spread across the bed but that whole scene(s) was funny.

I'm a TiBetter but i'm lovin Bette and Jodi........I know kill me now. But i cant wait until the next ep when Jodi tells Bette that she loves her. I wonder if she meant to say it out loud or if it slipped???? Cant wait to see where things go between them. I'm still sad though, b/c Jodi is signed up for more seasons which means her and Bette could end up together, leaving no TiBette that i still love Crying or Very sad

I'm torn between Tina or Jodi?????

Alice: Great friend even with her quirks. The way she dropped what was going on at home to help Shane was great. She did however bring the whole Leonard/Phyllis thing on her. She was her ever funny self.

Tasha: Why does she always try to bale? I mean i understand not wanting to get into someone elses past relationship sh*t, but Alice couldnt help that Leonard showed up at her house. Glad she didnt leave though.

Jodi: She ticked me off at first when i saw her with Amy but when i heard her say all that stuff to Bette i was like yay, does this mean she really wants to be monogamous? Hope so!

Bette: Even when she's jealous she's hot! Who am i kidding she's hot all the time!!! I'm glad that when she got a chance that she went to talk things through with Jodi b/c i thought she might just run from the situation but no she surprised me and faced it.

Tina: Poor Tina!!! I feel sooo bad for her having to put up with Jenny and everyone they visited. That had to suck! It was funny watching her try to quiet Jenny.

Phyllis/Leonard: I feel sorry for them both. Phyllis looked like she was going to totally freak if she didnt leave Alices house.

Jenny: Jenny was being a b*tch to everyone, i can understand that she didnt want her story changed; and she wants a musical? eyebrow

Oookaaay.....

Helena: She needs to either drop catherine or set some rules b/c right now she is being played. She's Catherines sex toy, who wins her money but doesnt get much of it, treats her kids like snit, made her her own personal secretary, and bosses her around. I always thought Helena was smarter than that. I hope things change, and soon!

Kit: I'm sad, i wish she would stop drinking. Bette really should be there for her, which i guess if she doesnt want to talk to Bette and ignores her then she has no other choice. I hope Papi can help pull her from her booze and realize that its not the answer, but i hope Papi is more to her than just making the chart or a rebound thang, that is if Papi really wants more than sex.

Angus: He f#cked up and doesnt deserve to have Kit back right now but when he said that he was sticking i was saying "go Angus", he's gotta at least try and make things right even if its not possible, right? dontknow

Max: Sucks for him at work and also with his mom dying and his sister telling him not to go to the funeral. That's gotta be hard. Glad he has Grace there to help him though.

Papi: Likin her more and more as the ep's air. It's gonna be fun to see how she reacts to a (possible) relationship with Kit, or whatever happens. Just hope nobody gets hurt anymore than they already are.

Shane: I wanted to cry!! I thought that she would go back to her ways before Shay but i think that Alice meeting her at her sign helped her and hopefully she will be okay. I wish Shay would have been able to say with her for good. I hope Shane and Paige will be okay if nothing else as friends, since she was kinda rude to Paige, which i could understand b/c of everything that was happening.

Marina: She's baaaaack! But to stay? Hmmm.....

Gabe: furious

Dispise him greatly! Send Shay back to Shane, he's better off there than with him. He'll probably end up back with Shane when he does one of his disappearing acts.

and lastly THE TUTORS: i dispise you and will not watch you b/c you cut time from the l word! I dont give a f@ck that you are the king of england i dont like you or your show. There i feel a little bit better now.

Jodi: I think she has totally fallen for Bette! Her comment "You've ruined me for anybody else." i can see how she would do that. Again cant wait for the next ep. when she tells Bette she loves her aiwebs2

Oh almost forgot Shane and Alice painting that sign was hilarious. Loved the way it turned out.

Three more episodes? *SCREAMS* Not ready for it to end!!!

Well, the countdown has begun. Only three episodes to go to get Bette and Tina back together.
Will Max finally be leaving?
Tina needs to bitch slap Jenny after they find the female director next week.
I thought THE funniest scene was the graffiti of Shane's poster.
The episode was funny, although disappointing in the respect that it didn't follow up with Bette and Tina.
Helena needs to wise up before Catherine ditches her without giving her the share of the money.
Well, that's my two cents.
Hope we find out if the show is renewed because there's no way they can tie up any of these storylines in the three remaining episodes.

Yea, i don't know about you guys, but this season, the titles really seem to be pretty insignificant. I mean, at least in season 2 the titles meant something... for example.. lapdance.. that was about tina getting a lapdance to get over bette.. lacy, lilting, lyrics.. seriously?!?!?

I liked the scene with Alice and Shane at the end. Too cute, reminds me of my bff.

The bed scene with everyone cracked me up.

Jodi and Bette, I don't know. I want only good things for Bette the remainder of the season.

Bette and Jodie annoyed the hell out of me Bette is acting like a f@#king horny high schooler the way she follows Jodie around,JB and MM to me just look like two friends just playing a role ,the lovey dovey scenes where very flat tonight ,they just look like two old friends play kissing and making eyes at each other,I sooo wanted this pairing to work but they should have gotten someone that matches JB a little more.

Sure, there were a few moments--very few!

What's the likelihood that a scorned husband would come and have that kind of convo, period? Then, the fact that Alice and Tasha were all wrapped up in bed (looking good, btw!) and all these folks would just come by and plop on the bed like it was the most natural thing in the world?

The scenes with the potential directors was cute but as zee said, not well executed.

Really didn't buy Bette and Jodi tonight! Don't see that Bette would have forgiven her that quickly. And the chemistry was just not there; I have seen it at other times, though.

I feel really bad for Max...

Why does Angus always sound like he's gonna cry? And when is someone gonna figure out that Kit is on a binge and do an intervention?

Papi really likes Kit? Talk about coming out of left field! Shocked

Somehow, "Lez Girls--The Musical" reminded me of "Cabaret"--and not in a good way! A stretch to bring Marina back that way, but she did say she had a dance troupe--what a way to try to worm herself back into Jenny's life.

Gabe really sucks, man....

And Alice can actually be a good friend. I think she got off the hook too easily with Phyllis (guess Phyllis came to herself and realized that what the girls were telling Leonard was true, up to a point--that it really wasn't about Alice. She tried to get Helena to stop thinking with her empty wallet and her horniness, and she dropped everything to be with Shane.

The billboard defacement--why?

Only three more eps, and no mention of S5.

No TiBette. No Angelica. Bummer.
