Well, I'll be darned. They did manage to tie up many loose ends (and it was nice to see some characters from many years gone by, including Ivan, Karina, Carman, and, I think, Tim). And, of course, a chunk of the mystery was solved (except, did Jenny actually land in the water? -- her corpse didn't seem wet - surely not in comparison to Shane, who had obviously been trying to get dry under a towel).

And they're milking this for at least a few more weeks on the Showtime website, with revelations about who burned down Wax, etc. (My guess has always been Jenny.)

I am REALLY sorry, however, that Shane's little brother simply vanished off the face of the earth.

What's up with the replay of Bette's interogation? They seem to focus on her facial expressions, eyes fluttering and all? For some reason it really bothered me.

lol literally . this show is hilarious in a bad way . i will remember this show as bringing the lovely jennifer beals on my tv weekly as the sexiest chracter in tv history next to mariska hargitay and for great sex scenes. suspense , character development, credible moving storylines and creativity was not a strong point of this series. I would love to see a dramatci show that focuses on one couple that happens to be lesbian. I would love to see a series with just bette and tina in NY . I show not about lesbians or a gay couple per se.

I always wondered about Beals's motivation for this role. Maybe it was to make up for her cable TV movie THe Twilight of the Golds, which had played on Broadway. It was a drama about what happens when medical science can identify the "gay gene" in a couple's unborn baby.

Even though the whole Jamie/Tasha/ Alice thing was kinda messed up, I'm glad Tasha came back to Alice. Very sad to see the show go. Also glad Helena called it off with Dylan.
